Code Po LLC ("Code Po", "we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile and web applications. This Privacy Policy applies to all apps, products, and services created by Code Po LLC, including but not limited to Blessed AI, Cap Detector, Kindr, and any future apps we release (collectively, the "Services").

Apps with microphone features may stream your voice audio in real-time to third-party transcription services (such as AssemblyAI) to convert speech to text. Audio is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers after processing.
Text transcriptions or user-submitted content may be sent to third-party AI services (such as Anthropic's Claude API) to generate responses, content, or features. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers after the feature is delivered.
App preferences, settings, and personalization choices (such as faith tradition, notification preferences, or app configuration) are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
Content you create within our apps (such as saved items, history, or generated output) is stored locally on your device unless a specific feature requires cloud storage, in which case it will be clearly disclosed within the app.
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple via StoreKit or Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or account credentials.
Some apps may collect anonymized usage data and crash reports to help us improve performance and fix bugs. This data does not identify you personally.

We do not control the data practices of third-party services and encourage you to review their privacy policies. We only share data with third parties to the minimum extent necessary to deliver app features.
We implement industry-standard security practices to protect any data we process. All data transmitted to third-party services is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our apps are designed to be safe and appropriate for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our apps, please contact us at hello@codepo.io and we will promptly delete it.
